Does anyone know how long I have to wear this for? Actually using a tubular support bandage on my leg, but it feels bit better. Do I leave it on when icing? Have looked on web, but no nearer! Not major shin splint pain, just above inside left ankle, but resting for few more days as hurts still when I'm walking. Thanks in advance
