Burn baby burn

Did my last 25 minute run last night, woop. Do I really only have 2 weeks of the programme left? Amazing.

I found the run quite tough. Contributing factors:

- Not much sleep the night before

- Only OJ for breakfast (not time for my usual Weetabix

- Forgetting to bring my lunch to work, which meant having a bar of chocolate, packet of crisps and a slice of chocolate for lunch as that was the only food where I work.

- Weather was a bit hotter again

In the last minute I felt I couldn't up the tempo as per usual but then I was annoyed about that, so I managed to go 'fast' for the last 30 secs.

Looking forward to week 8. Hope the music's better than week 7!
