Well I graduated in June and was working on my speed & stamina when injury struck, so had two weeks out followed by three runs and achilles pain returned - I was not a pretty sight hobbling downstairs clinging onto the bannister. Even walking was painful. So due to combination of injury, holiday, life etc I havent run since then, so its about 7 weeks or so of mostly not running.

This week i've restarted & done 2 runs of W5R2. Leg is a bit sore but OKish so I dont want to rush it and get injured again, The good news is that I think I'm running a bit faster than last time around at this stage & really pleased that I've maintained this level of fitness. But I'm struggling with motivation. I dont have the feeling of achievement & fun that I got first time.

Advice welcome on motivation esp from those that have had to repeat the program - how can I make it interesting second time around?
