Back in action

I was sidelined last week with some leg and knees pain. So I tried to give my body some rest. Well this week I bought a knee brace and hit the trail again.

I have completed W3R2 and even with some hills involved I have been able to complete my runs.

Funny thing is my outer knee has gotten better. I am not sure how but I am thankful. I am glad to be back on track.
