Cooler weather coming!

I really noticed it this morning! I was just glad the rain held off because the wind was so strong! The people out were wearing coats with hoods! I felt a little strange with my short sleeved t.shirt and capris!

I soon warmed up though and it was nice not to be dripping with sweat when I got back! I can't say I'm looking forward to the colder weather! How will we keep motivated to go out on those Baltic mornings! Perhaps my speed will increase hey?

Hmm, I'm tempted to say thank goodness for that. I'm not very good at running in the heat! I'm a bit worried about having to run in the dark though!

It was cooler but I still ran in a vest top and I still had to wring out my ponytail !!
