W7 R3Well I did it after Saturday's blip, rested all weekend, a little dusting and deadheading in the garden. All went well this morning, tried a slightly different way round the park and it seemed ok. After each run I get a different ache, somewhere on my body I can't tell you where today's is :-), see what Wednesday brings.

Well done. So glad you carried on.

As for aches etc, I think you might have a bit of company there so don't worry.

You really are an inspiration.

I was a bit fed up as was getting aches and pains that seemed to be different every week. They only really started as I moved to the longer runs. I got mew trainers which helped a little, but the thing that seems to have done most is 'mobolising' (as opposed to stretching) before running and stretching afterwards. I have looked at the chi running website which is interesting and helpful. Plus I came across a book called "Running well" by Sam murphy and Sarah Connors. I have been doing the stretches as reccomended ( which are very similar to yoga stretches) and I have found this helps-could just be coincidence, but you could try it, it might help.

I really enjoy your blogs btw- keep posting! Good luck
