I don't like jogging, it is too slow and difficult to maintain any rhythm, it's uncomfortable to do and I just don't land right. When I run I feel much better and more in control but even the slowest run I can do I think is too fast to sustain when I finally come to the longer runs later in the course. I don't want to end up not managing these later stages. I am now alternating between jogging one and running one in the hope that this will see me through!
Otherwise a good run today and looking forward to Wednesday's run which will be run 1 of week 3!
