Well I did the final run of week 3 this morning. 24 degrees at 6.45 am and the final trot was tiring but once more, I did it! Much trepidation regarding week 4 which will take place in Berlin - if the worst comes to the worst I'll just run round and round the street my hotel is in I suppose - I mustn't get lost.
