so today I got up early whilst hubby and kids slept and went out to do run 2 of week 1. have to say Im pretty pleased with myself as I havent been able to complete the running on my programme at the gym! I think the difference is that Im out in the fresh air, 3rd run early saturday morning :-)

Well done. Your right it is nice running outside in the fresh air but for me the thing that really makes the difference is running with laura. When I did my first run of w1 I didn't have the podcasts downloaded so wAs just clock watching, timing myself. By r2 I'd downloaded the podcasts and that really made a big difference, it felt so much easier.

Am about to do w3 r1 tommorrow and can't wait.

I'm really amazed how quickly I've got the running bug. Wasn't expecting that to happen so soon.
