Wk5R1 - cant believe I did that

Just a very quick post today - I truly cannot believe I did three 5 minute intervals today, without walking any of them (except the bits your are supposed to!!) I felt so good this morning, I am definitely taking my running shoes on holiday next week and have already told partner and son, I will be doing this through the time we are away!

I havent really lost any weight over last 7 weeks (taken me longer than Laura!!) but a number of people have said they think I have - so I must be compacting the fat at least!

Can't begin to tell you how much better my mental attitude is - feeling so much more positive about my self and shape - dont have that bikini body yet but feel like I am at least doing something about it!!
