painful legs info from yesterday

This is a really good article that sfb350 posted on justkeepgoing's blog yesterday, about painful shins/legs

I tried it today W3R1 and it really helped, especially the bit about keeping your feet under your hips. I managed the first 3 min run with no leg problems at all, tho' it brought a whole new meaning to the words 'I'm gasping...'

I like this programme, you can really see yourself improving. And the way Laura comes in during the 3 min runs is really good - each time I could think okay, I can probably do this - and I did! :-)

Oh, I'm really glad that helped. :-)

I haven't tried it yet - if I can get an early night I'd like to give it a go in the morning.
