I tried it today W3R1 and it really helped, especially the bit about keeping your feet under your hips. I managed the first 3 min run with no leg problems at all, tho' it brought a whole new meaning to the words 'I'm gasping...'
I like this programme, you can really see yourself improving. And the way Laura comes in during the 3 min runs is really good - each time I could think okay, I can probably do this - and I did!
