Well that nearly killed me! Even the walking was a bit brisker than I normally do. I managed to do the whole lot apart from the last 5 mins of the 155bpm pace when I walked quickly. I can definitely feel I'm running faster, so will try again next time! Am also going to try the Audiofuel stuff too.

Yeah, its tough... I could only manage it because i deliberately rolled back me speed a little. The speed one is great. Much shorter than the others, but because its using high intensity intervals it probably burns as much calories as the longer endurance and stepping stones.
I find the longer runs a real chore. It's a mental thing.
