I don't post a hell of a lot, but I can assure you I read this board almost every day and it has been a great source of encouragement to me as I've ploughed my lonely blokish furrow. Oh, yes it works. Amazing isn't it. I think most people think others are really lucky that it has worked for them but even though it seems like magic it's just gradual effort and a little determination to succeed. Glad you are enjoying yourself.

Well done, Seanzo! It's a continual source of amazement to me how this gets under your skin. 2 months ago there's no way I would be looking forward to a run tomorrow and wishing today wasn't a rest day! Not that I don't find it a huge effort to actually DO the runs, but what a feeling, eh?
