High Five for the Man, did anyone else think this was superb. Of course Mo and I have a lot in common, I mean we both regularly run 5K --(that could be where the similarity ends).
Loved the olympics!

Loved the olympics!
He is a complete inspiration, what a lovely man and what a story! I am missing the Olympics - out for my run early, then spend the late afternoon / evening on the couch, remote control and Olympic events guide to hand. Knowing I'd done some exercise I could loll around watching with a clear conscience!
I was amazed at how much I have enjoyed the Olympics, I'm reply going
to miss them.
I was off my seat cheering for Mo farah on both his runs.
Also for Rhodesia's race.
Truly inspirational and real heroes.
In fact I've been glued to the telly for the last fortnight.
Rowing, swimming, athletics, cycling and equestrian loved
it all.
I think they should have a Pensioners Olympics too
He was great wasn't he? I was worried when he was at the back but he timed it just right and that sprint at the end was fantastic! I was shouting and screaming like a mad woman!
