About few weeks ago I started the Couch to 5 K. Did my first day then my back started flaring up. That put me on the side lines for some time. I am back. Went back to the gym first time in a month. So I am starting my Cto5K on the treadmill but with my own twist. There is no way running is in the picture for me YET!! I did walk 30 mins on the treadmill today. Found what my comfort lvl is and what my speed walking is. So when its time for the running part I am going to do the speed walking and build myself up to the running part. I will get there. Things are just going to take a little bit more time.
