5k+ = a little apprehensive!

I graduated about a week and a half ago and haven't been for a run since... very naughty i know, however i haven't been too well!

I'll be going on my first run on tom and think i'll do w9 for another week and move onto the 5k+. I'm a little apprehensive, i feel like i did when i first started!!!!

I've read some of your 5k+ blogs, so thank you.... it's given me motivation!!!
