Seen as I seem to have a mental block on trying to run 25 minutes,failed the first attempt,managed it the second time & failed it the third time,im gonna do the 20minute run 3 times before progressing onto 25 minutes,hopefully then iot won't be such an issue

awful when you're having a problem - I had to slow right down to do 25 minutes and then again to do 28 and yet again to do 30 so I know how you feel. It's all about building the stamina to continue for 30+ minutes so go really slowly and I bet you'll be OK :) Good luck
