Someone said it gets easier...well excuse me but WHEN?

just finished a 12 hr night shift then got home to Run/walk...am shattered but hey the park is empty at this time 07:00.

Oh and I AM SUPERMAN...well his little finger anyway...I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good on ya ! makes me feel like that sometimes too, when I finish a run that i thought i might struggle with. This is such a good program all step by step ...literally !
