Well there I was in the gym counting the seconds off on my 90 second run (W2R3) and along came Jess Ennis on the TV I was getting knackered then I was running with Jess so I chased her and guess what she stopped and I kept going ......I beat Jess Ennis (in my dreams) what then people in the gym must have thought I don't know cos I was so chuffed I let out a cheer cos I GOT GOLD!
