Did W3R1 tonight.
Waterproof on pod cast going and ran.
I did well, first three minute run and legs felt a bit tight shortly into it, but then felt good and I did each stage.
Enjoyed the run and felt a good tired at the end.

I think week 3 is where I started to enjoy it a lot more, that nice tired feeling really helps. Nothing like a good sweat to make you feel a million bucks!
Sounds good - all this summer's podcast graduates will be experts at running in the rain...
