Not been easy since graduation, rain stopped play (I dont mind drizzle but this is rediculous), done many walks and even a bike ride but.....only one very short run in last 10 days. So today I gave myself a good talking to and off I went. 2 miles done in usual plod of 27 mins so actually feel quite pleased, so now I can get settled back into 3 runs a week and get back on track to try and increase my speed. (lets be honest i couldn't be much slower!)
Good news from my latest health check, I'm on a concoction of tablets for high blood pressure but it was perfect and cholestrol coming down too. I proudly told the nurse all about C25K, a little surprised she had not heard of it though....keep spreading the word folks.
