I wish I knew about this C25K before I had my sons, I would have enjoyed running all the more! The music is brilliant and its great to have Laura giving you the extra support...can't wait to start my 2nd week...bring it on! :o)

Hey well done you, how brillian is the spence of personal achievement, good on you. I startbwk 2 run 1 tomorrow an I can't wait. Sounds silly but I get really excited about it. Good on you, there is loads of support on here, everyone going or been through it!!

Thanks guys, I completed week 1 today but want to go out and start week 2 tomorrow...think I should stick to the plan though, don't want to cause myself a mischief! :o(
