Never thought I would stick this and get so far. Running for 28 minutes without stopping at 9.0kph. I am away on hol next week so I reckon graduation will be mid August. A week off will set me back three or four. Once you have amassed the previous seven full weeks complete you just simply cannot give in without finishing the programme. C25K is a great motivator.

This is a great programme isn't it? I think it helps that it is in bitesized portions and just three times a week.
Try picking up where you left off when you come back from your hols, I failed W7R1/2, left it for two weeks as disheartened and came back and had my best run ever at that stage, 32 mins, which for me was a miracle.
Have a go, it can't hurt and you might get a nice surprise.
You are doing SOOO good! I'm with Dansmum....start back where you stopped...in a week- at this level-you will not have lost much, if any, conditioning. You may have to "push it" that first run back, but I'm confident you'll be able to do it. (And even if you miss by a couple minutes, no big deal.) You'll probably pass me and graduate next week...
Have fun on holiday....
Cheers It isn't just the programme but the people on this site that make the difference Thank You
