W6 done, I am officially a runner...

I almost cried when Laura told me at the end of W6R3 that I was a runner! 25 mins, so only 5 off my goal of running for 30mins - still can't quite believe it?! It was chuffing difficult though and I had to give myself a talking to half way in to complete it but I did and whilst I'm knackered now I can't stop smiling!!

So W7, what can I expect - I think I want to know what's coming?!!
