Well I had a slight twinge in my knee after W3R2, so off I went to the shop to get proper trainers fitted, all kitted out and after a good nights sleep I woke and felt great, no knee twinge so off I went on R3.
Since then a dull ache in the knee, so gonna take my anti-inflamatories and wait until it feels better, hopefully the weekend, but if it takes a week it takes a week, I'm loving this running lark and need my knee healthy to carry on.
I'm away from home for a couple of days, so will do some ice treatment when I'm back home.
I'll then probably do another W3 run before moving on to W4.
