I absolutely cannot believe I have done this three times. I got soaking wet in the rain again. It might have been a teensy weensy bit easy than one or two...but I am still not quite doing the full 20 mins of 60 secs run, 90 walk! I can do about 18 mins, then I get to a busy road! I do not want to be seen staggering, waddling, wobbling, puffing and panting past the local pub and busy road! I also do not want my palpitations to turn into a full blown cardiac arrest! I think I will have to repeat WK1 properly before moving to WK2. No point in cheating eh? I also stretched properly afterwards and had a nice warm bath so hopefully I won't hurt anywhere! Ha, me! Three times! I have about 5st to lose so my family think this is a crazy activity for me!
