How do I download the Couch to 5k app to a samsung galaxy portal. Its telling me I need adobe flash player, but it wont let me download it

I have Galaxy Ace. I installed the podkicker app (I listen to a lot of podcasts on my way to & from work). Once installed, just search for nhs couch to 5k and subscribe. Now you can download the podcasts.

Alternatively - try downloading the podcasts onto your desktop computer and transferring them onto your phone from there...
