The Administrative Team are delighted to announce that, here on the C25K Forum, we have a new Ambassador!

I’ve been on the forums now for a good 5 years and have done my share of C25k journeys! (Why do it only once when you can have fun doing it multiple times!? 🤣🤣🤣 See my journey in my profile)

I’m a super-slow runner and loving it! (Am also hypothyroid challenged but have found ways to “run” around that! 🤣🤭😀)
