Well this morning was week 5 run 3. I checked the forecast and very strong winds were predicted from 8 am, so I decided to go early! I put my big girl pants on, and my Brighton 10 K t shirt ( from another life!), and thought that if I looked knackered and red faced, people might think I was running a 10K 😂 !
The run is more of a mental challenge, so I turned up the music, zoned out and just ran, and completed it! Very happy……..but is 8 am too early for a celebratory glass of fizz?🥂
Congratulations to Dansac29 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran
