I closely watch this blog though I rarely post to social. Today's different because I want to encourage anyone struggling to just plug away. It's really worth it. I'm a graduate of both 5 and 10 k but last November that came to a sudden halt with a torn medial meniscus ( not running but house duties!). So after much PT the best way back for me was with Laura and C25K. Just finished W6III. Thankyou St Laura. Knee feels great. So follow medical advice and rejoin the programme if you can. Keep running keep smiling . Photo of Parco Solari Milan and in keeping with current climate I declare photo has been edited for bellezza
Come back from. Injury: I closely watch this... - Couch to 5K

Well done you and welcome!
Hello Happygraduate, Well done to you! Most interesting to come across your post. I overbalanced and then fell from a 3 foot wall while pruning in August 2020. A task I have completed without a problem for over 20 years. I also had a 2/3 torn through medial meniscus, along with other injuries fractures included. Although with lots of physio help I was after time able to run again, I was told by my physios that I will never have a normal knee. I continue to try while endeavouring to listen to what my knee is telling me. Happy injury free running to you πππ»ββοΈ
