🍏Welcome to the forum and well done for starting the program. So sad to hear about the knee. If that knee is still painful you need some professional help! Time to see your GP and a physio. While you do that here are the FAQ to get the most out of the program.

The key things to running without injury

Ensure you are properly hydrated every day.

To make sure you take your rest days

To do warm up dynamic exercises before going out & never skip the walk!

RUN SLOWLY

Cool down stretches

Strength & Flex exercises

Never run with pain.

Let us know how you get on when you start again! The runs will wait for you!

Can I add that the right shoes make a huge difference too.Like Annieapple says your best bet is to see your doctor who can find out what's causing your pain. We mean well but we're guessing. Also, a lot of GPs have their own physio so hopefully you won't need to pay!
