Just finished week 6!

Hello everyone!

I’ve just completed week 6, and it felt…. Ok! I’m not going to say I enjoyed every second but it felt doable! I also ran it after practicing the bleep test, I managed to achieve the level required!

I started C25K due to applying for the police and needing to pass the bleep test. When I first started before C25K I could only achieve level 3.4/4 but today I completed level 5.4 and I am over the moon! If I pass the actual test at the end of the month, it will be down the the app!
