after coming back from Thailand and ran wow that was shock to the system. Had to have a few days off of running due to covid πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ˜±

Today was two days clear of covid thought I’d give it a go and stop if I had to but I took it easy and did it woohoo πŸ₯³

And in good time tbh

I must say I feel proud of myself

it can be done it’s determination

Well done , especially so soon after covid .Everyone's recovery of course will be different.

But definitely worth not pushing it .

So week 8 is 28 minutes I'm a little confused when you say you did it in a good time πŸ€”πŸ˜ ?

Don't forget though distance is irrelevant, your best development will come by running slowly
