Junior Parkrun for kids is the best! It is only 2km & just a chance for children, who spend their whole time being told not to run, to run their hearts out. Both my son & daughter did Junior Parkrun at a lovely park in Twickenham called Moormead.parkrun.org.uk/moormead-jun...

I find that little kids have a lot of energy but not much stamina, which is probably why junior parkrun is half the length of the adult one.
