been away on holiday, then clobbered by the joint covid/flu jabs.

Had just graduated for the second time before going away.

Advice on how to get back into running please. 😁

I would just go out for a really chilled, slow and easy run and see how you get on. Don’t put any pressure on yourself. Pick a favourite route and choose something good to listen to. Once you’ve been for a first run in a while, it’s much easier to go for the next one. Really good luck.

As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.

All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out for a gentle run and see what we can comfortably manage, then use C25k or something similar to rebuild stamina and resistance to injury.

Always better to err on the side of caution.
