Well done.Your chart is a pretty picture but it doesn't really prove anything unless you compare it to other runs in which your exertion levels and all other variables are exactly the same.

Long term trends are what will show you real changes, as at any time you might have a run that bucks the trend for a whole host of reasons that you may not even be aware of.
