Hi I am a newbie to running butI also had tightness behind the knees. I know that when my hamstrings get tight I get that discomfort. I found stretching really helps and agree that it needs to be held for longer than sometimes we think is enough🤣 hope it gets better soon.

Hi, well done for starting this amazing programme! I found I need to do more stretches early on and I really like this guy to show you how to do some pre run stretches:m.youtube.com/watch?v=sfF4f... luck with your journey.

Not sure if that link worked: James Dunne is the guy (a few talk about him on here) - if you type in pre run stretches - his is the yellow video and you can see his name.
