Well I don’t know how I’ve done this week to be honest! My chest has been hurting a lot, which is usually a sign I have an infection starting.
I’ve used my strongest mindset, told myself I will do each run and I won’t let the chest infection win. I’ve felt so much better for it too! I’m a third of the way through the challenge! Who knew these lungs of mine were up to it??
Asthma has defined me for far too long, so that’s it! New mindset and bring on week 4. (I’m not looking to see how long the run sections are 🤣)
Happy running everyone 🏃♀️🤩

Glad to hear the running and the positive mindset is helping. Keep it nice and steady for the next ones. Wishing you wonderful runs and continuing health.
Don’t worry about the running time. The programme is really well-designed so you’ll get there. Have fun.
That's a wise decision FightingAsthma not to look ahead at future weeks or runs, wait for the instructions from your coach before you run, well done on completing run 3 of week 3 of C25K, you are correct with your new mindset on not letting asthma beat you, nevertheless be careful and take advice from your doctor, onwards and upwards to week 4. 😊
