Inspired by some James Dunne videos about stretch and strength, hubby and myself did the same route we did on Tuesday (when I got the blisters). Although the same route, I wore a lighter top, weather was cooler and of courseβ¦.. I made sure I had my mono skin socks on!!
All went well. slight improvement on my time, andβ¦. No blisters!!!ππ»ππ»ππ» A happy run! π
