Hearing aides a hindrance?

Today I decided was the 'New me, get your act in together day' and planned on doing the 5k route. I'm having to start slowly due to recovering from CABAG procedure and a broken ankle in 2020.

My plan is to start by walking gently and for the running sections I'll just walk slightly quicker. Ease myself in gently!

How do people manage when they use hearing aides? Can anyone suggest the right kind of ear buds, please? Hoping someone may be able to help.

Welcome back and well done for getting back into it with your walking plan !It's a good way back in 👍

Unfortunately I can't help with the hearing aid advice other than to say have you considered bone conduction headphones ?

Welcome back. Slow and steady for the win.

For headphones, I’ve been researching Shokz Openrun bone conduction headphones and have seen a few of reviews where people say they have hearing aids and they work well. There are a few other companies who make something similar. I can’t speak from personal experience though.

Hi. Quick update from me, after my first run with Shokz Openrun. Very good, music clear, nice and light, don’t move about at all. I think I’m a fan
