After a dalliance with the big C then a tussle with covid, I decided to start the program again…. Loving it and starting to feel like I’m getting back in the game. Sunday is the 20 minute week 5 run 😳…. Pray for me, I’m gonna need it!!!!!!

This is the run that people fear because it looks like a big jump in time on paper, not realising that proportionally going from Week 3 to Week 4 is a much larger jump, almost doubling the amount of time you're running from 9 minutes to 16 minutes. Going from 16 minutes to 20 is a much smaller jump.
