Hi everyone and thank you for being there everyday. On Friday I completed the C25K. I’m 67 and never been a runner. I have co-workers that started the program and that encouraged me to join. I am so happy I did. It hasn’t been easy my biggest challenge was my breathing but I was determined to complete the program. It’s now complete and today I do my first out of the program run. I plan on just repeating the last run again. Thank you to all my helpers out there. To you new ones don’t give up it is an accomplishment I am very proud of. Thank you Couch 2 5k!!! 😘

Thanks for all your encouragement. Believe it or not I might have stopped if I hadn’t had your words of wisdom along the way. I read the posts each day and it’s nice to know there are others like me πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‰

I’m sure that you will. There’s something addictive about the feeling you get when you’ve finished a run - it keeps you coming back for more 😊 If you feel a lack of motivation at any point just come back on here.
