Finally back running after a blip in motivation!

Did my first run in 4 weeks today. Managed wk6 r3 so ran 25 minutes. So pleased. Wasn't sure I'd manage it after not running for so long. I completely lost my motivation for running. Have been feeling quite rubbish so told myself to stop being so silly and just do it. It's really helped my headspace.

Well done! I think that the best thing for motivation is just getting out and doing it!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs.

Oh I like the sound of being a runner. I've never ever thought of myself that way!

Well done for getting back on the journey. It's really difficult when you lose motivation. Your so close to graduation now, keep going.

Three weeks to graduation. If I keep on going I'll be finished by the middle of November.
