Feel like I’m finally starting to find a rhythm with my post-graduation running. Managing a couple of 25 minutes runs during the week as I find my legs really don’t want to play after a busy day at work and then a 5k run on the weekends which is taking me about 45 minutes. Happy with this after being a complete novice to running (or any kind of exercise for that matter) back in February!

Well done, it's such a great feeling to complete a 5km isn't it. I'm still not over being proud each time.
Well done, you could try running before work, I prefer running early as I feel good for the rest of the day.
Keep it up and enjoy.
I would have to get up at 5am to run before work and not really feeling that! 🙈
I used to say that, but you should def try it once! It makes such a difference, but if you hate it, no harm done 😊. It’s cool, quiet, and as drun says, it sets you up for the day! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
I will give it a try 👍🏻 I definitely find morning runs easier although my eyes may still be closed at 5am! 😴
Ha ha yes, I know what you mean! I have a shot of coffee, do some stretches, then off I go. Once you’re back and showered, you feel brilliant, a bit like a get up early superhero 🦸 - and the best bit is you don’t have to talk yourself into doing it after work either. Best of luck! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
