Hi everyone, just did my first 30 min run. It felt pretty amazing and I'm sure I felt more tired on Run 1 😂

Starting C25K has been life changing for me. A 60yr old that has suffered with sciatica for years and a dislike for running (despite having marathon running daughters )

I feel so much fitter and more in tune with my body. I ache today so will take two days off to rest 😉

Good running everyone if you are running today and if you are just starting...enjoy 😊

Garden-gate every run is an improvement and you do feel so much better, yes I couldn't believe myself that I was running 30 minutes non stop compared to that first minute in W1.

Glad to here that you are listening to your body and taking extra rest.

Keep up the good work and enjoy.
