A few short months ago, I made absolutely every excuse not to exercise! I regularly covered up my embarrassment about being so unfit with humour.
Fast forward to now and I’m supposed to be on W9R3 of C25k...I haven’t been able to run since last Friday due to a nasty bout of laryngitis and I’m seriously missing it! Desperate to get back out there. Who knew running could become so addictive?!

Oh no! I know the feeling, once you get into it it’s very hard to not get addicted to the feeling! I just absolutely love the sense of achievement I get at the end of each run.
Just be careful when returning, if you are out for any longer than 2 weeks you may want to drop back a week or two to not overdo it. I know you’ll be desperate to graduate now you are so close, but you don’t want to risk an injury!
