Ive posted a few times on my journey.
From severe back problems & sciatica to spending a good few months building up walking strength before even thinking I could begin running & C25K
My goal was to graduate or run for 30 mins. Although very slowly.
To graduate was to me amazing but guess what I’ve topped it.
Today I actually managed 5K.
I know my times are slow & most could walk it faster, but to me, I’m over the moon.
I can now say, Couch to 5k is officially achieved.
I’m on cloud 9.
To any one else out there struggling.
Don’t compare yourself to others as it’s so tempting.
But aim to achieve your own amazing goals as slow & steady wins the race & if I can do it you can too.
