thinking of starting again, i started it last year and was like a week in and got injured so i had to stop.. but want to be able to run and get fit.

Sorry about your injury Mattad91 but as soon as it has healed you can restart the course, good luck.

If you’re okay now, then starting again sounds like a good idea. Just don’t try to go too fast, too soon.

Do it! If you start now, you’ll be able to do one run per week in the last few weeks inside parkrun! 💪🏽

I think the most often quoted advice here is to take it slow (and then slow down some more of you need to!)

To avoid injury you need to take it all slow and steady, stick to the plan, hydrate adequately and stretch after every single run.
