When the motivation comes, you gotta reach for your running shoes

So, the plan was to run W6R3 tomorrow morning but whilst sitting at home this afternoon I kept thinking how good I’d feel in the morning knowing I’d already ticked it off.

So, I decided to get dressed quick and head out before I talked myself out of it. Didn’t give my brain any space to think about that 25 minutes and just ran, concentrating on my playlist (cheesy 90’S mainly ☺️)

Finished it and even had enough energy to speed up for the last minute as suggested.

I was by no mean fast (my time on photo above is just for the running sections of thr session), being very careful to start slow to last out and ended up being same tempo as R2 despite that run having a 3 minute walk break which makes sense.

I’m so chuffed that I just ran 25 minutes non stop! My wk1 self struggling with the 1 minute intervals would never have believed it!
