Well it’s taken me 11 weeks and I’ve run in every conceivable type of weather but tonight I’m proud to have completed C25K in a show shower ❤️❄️ Here’s to more running adventures!

It's an amazing running plan. I used to run years ago. On W8 I can't believe I can run without getting out of breath at 68. After next week will need to pick up my speed or run longer. Very pleased with it all. Feel fitter too. All the very best to you.x
